Setting Effective Self-Care Routines

When we don't prioritize mental health and self-care we compromise our happiness and health. This leads to jeopardizing our relationship with ourselves, our goals, and our relationships. You might have a good enough understanding that self-care is important, but the challenge is actually adopting a self-care practice that can improve your life.
