How To Stay Calm In Stressful Situations


It is completely normal to feel anxious and experience unclear thinking during stressful situations. The challenge is making sure that it doesn't take hold of our thinking. When this happens, it becomes more difficult to navigate these moments with clarity and come down from a heightened state.
